We offer Monthly; quarterly and annually bookkeeping. This service is for the small business owner that doesn’t have the time or the inclination to do his or her own bookkeeping and are not quite big or busy enough to hire their own in house bookkeeper. Let’s face it, bookkeeping can be time consuming and you do have a life outside of work. This is where Altogether Tax comes in, we love to do bookkeeping.  We are here providing you efficiency, confidence, peace of mind and professional support at a great rate. 

We can provide you with professional bookkeeping services that allow more time for you to focus on what matters – your business.  With meaningful and well organized financial information, you will be able to make better business decisions.  If in the event of an audit, you will be asked to keep everything…. All receipts.  All records and receipts are to be kept by you for seven years before they may be destroyed.

With the number of electronic accounting software packages available for small business and individuals growing every day, choosing the right fit for you has become increasingly demanding.  We have knowledge of many programs, either through personal experience or industry literature or referrals from other clients.  We can help you choose what will work best for you.

We use Sage 50 and Quickbooks as our base software.  These two software packages have the majority of the markets here in Canada and have proven track records.  We use these two extensively but have worked with many others.

We offer set up and implementation services if you, the client, chooses to do your own bookkeeping.  We can educate and help direct no matter what stage of business you are at.
